1) Thursday - Meeting at Rose L. Denners for the Month of March are Shane and Adam. Shane has the 3/14 meeting and Adam has the 3/28
I want to work on elective 8d - we need milk/orange juice containers. We have 7 right now so we need 8 more. We also need 15 little cans, (for example mini vegetable cans- they have to fit in the carton) 15 pencils.
Please let me know if you have any of these supplies.
We will also do Elective 4E. With this we will be earning our Marbles Belt Loop.
If a couple parents could read up on the rules so we have more than one station going on. I have a set of marbles, 2 or 3 more would be great. Let me know if you have any we can use.
2) April 11th. Bowling at Viking Bowling--- scouts and siblings will be able to bowl for $10 a piece. Please give me an RSVP on this, so I have a number. If you have not earned your Bowling Belt loop, you will. (Does anyone have a Ten Pin Ball they can bring to show the boys the difference) We will have pizza and drinks.
3) I am going to try to get us out the Rose L with the nice weather. So the schedule during the spring will be (weather pending) Upcoming meetings

I am looking for a couple parents (sibling - Brittany ::hint hint: ) who will be willing to help. I want to break the boys down into a couple groups. They need to have a skit, come up with easy costumes or make a mask, a piece of scenery, and make sound effects.
Googling Cub Scout Skits might be a help. When you find one please let me know how many boys you will need. I will take one group of boys. Please step up-- I don't want a boy left out because a parent wasn't willing to help.
(Warning for the new parents -- you MUST partake in the campfire songs or I will make you come up and do it infront of the group. Ask Wade if you don't believe me!! )
5) Elective 18 C -- Last year most of the boys in the Den participated in my treasure hunt through town. I will be doing this again. I challenge all you scouts and parents to make one up of your own. (Yes, this can include a letterbox)

A denner is a leadership position in Cub Scouts. Each month we will
have a denner for each sub-den. The denners will be recognized with yellow cords
on their uniform. At the end of their month they will pass the cords to the next
person.
The Denners will come a couple minutes early to help set up. They will
be in charge of coming up with a gathering game before the meeting. For example
– red light green light. Blue will have the first den meeting of the month, Gold
will have the second. The Denners will take turns leading the colors, the pledge
and the scout oath. They will help with attendance in their group and help with
an activities if need be. They are also responsible for helping to clean up
after the meeting.
Being a denner will help the boys with responsibility in scouting. As
